Veeder-Root Fuel Out and Low Product alarms
The tank is low, or too low to pump.
Fuel Out means under 10 inches. That tank's pump stops.
The fix is a delivery, not a tech.

On the screen: FUEL OUT
- Note which tank: its number shows with the alarm.
- Call your fuel supplier for a delivery.
- Fuel Out clears once the tank is over 10 inches.
When to call a tech
- It stays on after a delivery.
- The tank isn't low, but the monitor says it is.
- The pump still won't run after the delivery.
Not to be confused with
- Fuel Alarm: a sensor found fuel in a sump. That's a leak alarm.
- Delivery Needed: a reorder warning, before it's low.
Good to know
- Delivery Needed comes first, at your reorder level.
- That level depends on tank size and how much you sell.
- Running dry can make the pump's controller shut it off.
- On a Red Jacket IQ box, it restarts on the next sale.
Who can fix it
- Your fuel supplier, with the delivery.
- A tech certified on Veeder-Root consoles, if the level is wrong.
