Veeder-Root Annual or Periodic Test Fail alarm
A tank or a line failed a leak test the monitor runs.
Annual tests check for 0.1 gallon an hour, periodic 0.2.
For a tank, Veeder-Root says to rerun the test once.

On the screen: ANNUAL TEST FAIL
- Note which tank or line, then print the report.
- A tank test? Rerun it once, as the guide says.
- A line test? That's for a tech.
When to call a tech
- The tank fails a second time.
- Any line leak test fails.
- The pumps on that line have stopped.
Not to be confused with
- Test Needed: a test didn't run in time. Nothing failed.
- Gross Line Fail: a line failed the bigger 3 gph test.
Good to know
- A busy site may not leave the quiet time a test needs.
- Federal rule: report a suspected leak within 24 hours.
- Your state can set a stricter deadline.
Who can fix it
- A tech certified on Veeder-Root consoles.
- Texas: line and tank repairs need a TCEQ-registered contractor.
