- Numbers at power-up are software versions, not codes.
- Code 44: hang up the nozzle, then power down and up.
- Still there? Off at the breaker one minute, then on.
- Check the tank has fuel and the breakers are on.
When to call a tech
- The code stays on, or comes back later.
- The help desk can't fix it by phone.

- One code 44 doesn't usually need a service call.

- Tell the tech every code and the hose numbers.

- Under warranty: a Gilbarco ASC only.
- Ask: “Are you a Gilbarco ASC?”
